Job Description


Job Responsibilities: Sourcing field officer profiles, through various channels. Database management of shortlisted candidates. Coordinate with Central HR team for documentations follow-up and Offer Letter of the candidates. Joining follow-up with the candidates till the date of joining. Requirements: MBA in HR, with minimum one year of experience in Field Recruitment will be preferred. Candidates who are MBA Freshers or Post Graduation in any stream can also apply. Good communication skills, both written and spoken (English, Hindi & local language) Open to travel in rural interiors, roughly 8 - 10 days in a month.
