Oversee end-to-end studio operations including sales, client service, and financial control
Drive revenue growth and meet monthly targets through strategic planning and execution
Lead business development and marketing initiatives at the geographic level
Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance and ensure operational excellence
Recruit, train, and mentor team members across technical, administrative, and managerial functions
Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings to align with company goals
Resolve client concerns professionally and uphold brand standards
Maintain studio appearance and conduct regular quality inspections
Foster a motivational and collaborative work environment
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, operations, or studio/retail management
Proven track record in team development, revenue generation, and client service
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams
