Position Regional Head - CSG Incumbent Name Department Axis Function Liability Sales - CSG Reporting to Vice President & Head - CSG, ADM & TASC Band 3 Location Kolkata GO2 Team size (D/I) JOB SUMMARY: - Contribute to the development of the strategy and implementation of the Business Plan for CSG, ADM & TASC segment. These Segments have the potential to cross 100 Crore with a team size of 80-100 pan India. Define directions and objectives considering both internal and external scenarios to maximize revenue and profitability from the segment. Sustain a successful relationship with the partner, characterized by a high level of strategic alignment & tactical engagement in the life insurance business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build relationship with key Axis Bank Stake holders and drive partner sales team to achieve desired output of activation, business and other key parameters through regular engagement. Participate in the development of the Business Plan along with SVP & Head - Alternate Channel contributing to the strategic outlook for the relationship. Define medium term business plans based on strategic directions and objectives taking into regulatory scenarios, banking trends in order to ensure that a long term plan exists to maximize the revenue and profitability from the relationship Provide inputs to Head - Liability Sales and make plans for achievement in order to support and contribute to Axis Bank Strategy. Should work very closely and in tandem with Head - Liability Sales and Regional Head -LS to produce best result. Managing and overseeing total CSG, ADM & TASC business nationally and also for Regions with accountability, forecasting monthly/ annual business targets, & executing them in a given time frame. Providing a growth-driven environment to the team and sustaining well-planned initiatives for performance management, appraisal and training of associates. Allocate manpower resources to different teams / geographies. Seek approval of R&R programs developed by designated reportees from SVP & Head - Alternate Channel . Counsel and mentor reportees. Lead the rating and normalization discussion involving skip level subordinates based on inputs received from HR in order to ensure that the assigned teams are capable and motivated to achieve targets Provide inputs to the training team on the nature of partnerships, protocols agreed, service level agreements etc. to develop appropriate training content. Approve the content developed by subordinates in coordination with the Training team in order to ensure the development of requisite skills and understanding Daily updates in alignment with Axis vertical heads on focused business Parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller Activation and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the vectors. Measures of Success Business Plan: - Adj MFYP (Rs.) - Plan v/s Actuals Activation plan: - Seller Activation (%) - Plan Vs Actual Protection Sales: -- Plan v/s Actual Retain talent: - Retention rate - 70%, (as per HR formula) G2V2 retention - 90%. Engagement Score improvement over last year Customer centricity and satisfaction: Effective Management of Customer As per Plan Key Relationships (Internal /External) Effective Management of Internal &External Customer Handling Customer Complaints Key competencies/skills required Relationship Management, Leading people, Effective Management of Process and Input Management, Influencing without authority. Desired qualification and experience: - 13 to 15 years of experience in Prior experience in insurance essential.
