Key Responsibilities:
Technical Valuation & Due Diligence
Conduct and review technical assessments and valuations of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Ensure site visits, verification of legal documents (title deeds, plan approvals), and project progress monitoring.
Prepare and validate valuation reports as per company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Risk Analysis
Identify construction, title, and approval-related risks in projects or properties proposed for funding.
Provide inputs to credit and risk teams for decision-making on project viability and collateral value.
Vendor & Consultant Management
Empanel and monitor external valuers/technical consultants.
Review third-party valuation reports and ensure consistency with internal standards.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure valuations are compliant with internal policy, RBI/ NHB/ RERA regulations, and industry best practices.
Update valuation policies based on market trends, regulatory changes, and audit findings.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with credit, legal, and operations teams to streamline valuation processes.
Participate in client meetings (corporate or developer-side) for site inspection or clarification.
Regional Oversight
Monitor the performance and productivity of the regional technical team.
Drive TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality metrics.
Reporting & MIS
Generate regular reports on valuation status, market value trends, and project risk insights.
Support audits and ensure documentation is complete and updated.
