Regional Business Manager Sales & Marketing Pharma (7 12 Yrs)
Job Description
- 7-10 years of experience with minimum 3 years in similar role as a team leader in pharmaceutical / diagnostic industry.
- Good at People management with
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Effective in decision making
- Problem solving attitude
- Team Management of 2 ABM + MRs
- Analyse business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors.
- Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
- Identify Trade, Institutional, Corporate Hospitals and Government KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
- Select Potential Hospitals / Laboratories / Doctors and Customers
- Target customers like KOL/KBL Drs, Pathologists, Technicians, PROs, Purchase officer, CEOs of institution for better hold over the business
-Ensure availability of key products at such institutions
