  • End to end selling: from cold calling/emailing, to aligning qualified meetings, to conducting meetings, to closing deals and key account management after. First 8-12 months will be an IC role, basis performance, a team of SDRs/Inside Sales Reps will be built to manage the setting of qualified meetings piece.
  • Acquiring, Retaining and Growing Mentoria\'s Corporate Partners
  • Delivering monthly and quarterly revenue goals through corporate partners
  • Building a strong corporate brand for Mentoria
  • Outgoing & Creative ways of reaching the corporate world to build a sales pipeline
  • Ability to create innovative Approach/Concept Note & Client Proposals
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build & maintain excellent long term relationships with customers
Education & Experience: \xc2\xb7 Experience range of 3 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years of B2B selling experience \xc2\xb7 Experience in Corporate Sales \xe2\x80\x93 B2B (ideally to Owners / Directors & CHRO) \xc2\xb7 Experience in Service / Project / Consultative selling Behavioral Competencies (Must): \xc2\xb7 Networking skills \xc2\xb7 Strong Communication skills (Oral & Written) \xc2\xb7 Presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Analytical skills \xc2\xb7 Consultative Sales \xc2\xb7 Negotiation skills Check out these links for more information:
