Responsible to drive region specific targets of Channel Partner and Aadhar Mitra business to optimize the cost of acquisition.
Accountable to drive collections team to maintain a healthy loan book with over dues not exceeding the defined targets and keeping delinquencies under control.
Responsible to assess the training and development needs to collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and ensuring delivery of the same.
