Job Function As a quality check and assurance expert, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of scientific and technical documents. You work closely with the team of employees who actually produce the service (or document). Signing off on the quality of their work before delivering the documents. Their day-to-day work involves careful inspections of documents, identifying the cause of quality problems and correcting them immediately, and the enforcement of quality standards. Quality Assurance Professionals are the first people to recognize defects, preventing sub-par products from reaching consumers that would result in costly returns or a damaged company reputation. Req. Experience: (0- 1) Years of Experience. Req. Knowledge and Skills:

• A keen eye for detail
• Communication skills
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
• Computer literacy
• Database management
• The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
• The ability to closely follow quality standards
• Decision-making skills
• Relevant training and/or certification as a quality assurance specialist
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Key Responsibilities Conduct quality checks and assurance of every document before it gets dispatched to the client. Address and discuss issues identified in the document and address them immediately after liaising with subject experts. Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports Developing, implementing, and communicating quality standards for quality checks and assurance of the documents to the service development team and other appropriate staff Identifies and analyzes the issue, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when the problem recurs in multiple documents, and recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues. Developing a workflow for delivery inspection Communicating with other subject experts to solve quality issues Make recommendations for improvement Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found. Create training materials and operating manuals. Training other quality assurance members on all inspection processes.
