Reference Data Analyst, AS Position Overview Job Posting Title: Associate Location: Bangalore Role Description: Associate is the owner of the given process and mainly responsible for oversight and management of the process as they possess deep understanding of the business, process and/or product. They support various elements of the data lifecycle, from ensuring that the team captures the data from the best source and maintains robust processes related to data set-up, storage and distribution, as well as system configuration together with participation in projects designed to streamline infrastructure and improve efficiency. Need to understand multiple remediation pipeline requirements received from Business/CLM team/ACOs which are directly / indirectly related to KYC, Regulatory and Audit commitments. Reference data is integral to the bank\'s response to regulatory requirements. Close partnership is needed with stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting to deliver solutions that balance immediate business priorities with long term strategic objectives and hence responsible to manage and foster relationships with various stakeholders and/or vendors. Ensure the team is positioned well with the available resources at any given point in time and execute a high standard of delivery and results within a controlled environment. Ensure the key processes, risk indicators, controls, service level agreements and vendor management are adhered to and evidenced & follow the escalation protocol immediately when in need.
