  • Well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics (online and offline channels). Deploying successful marketing campaigns, both digital and print, from ideation to execution. Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
  • Liaise with stakeholders for internal and external communications for CXOs and the brand including internal mailers, social media updates, other marketing materials
  • Well-versed with Corporate Awards filing (national & global awards including GBS, CSR, HR & Corporate Governance)
  • Exposure to the field of Industry Relations (well-versed with key organizations such as NASSCOM, CII, ASSOCHAM)
  • Exposure to PR & media relations is an add on (thought leadership, interviews or public speaking events)
  • Managing and executing Industry Forums / Events / Conferences. Responsible for participation of CXOs and senior leadership, corporate sponsorship, and all logistical aspects
  • Content Development (Create, edit, update press releases / speech drafts / video scripts and other promotional material such as brochures, flyers)
  • Vendor management (Media houses, advertising / PR agencies, marketing agencies)


Qualifications
  • 8 -10 years of experience as a Marketing professional or similar position
  • At least 4 years\' experience as a marketing manager
  • Experience in project management and execution of Marketing / PR campaigns
  • Content development (writing, editing, proof reading marketing / PR drafts)
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Expertise with social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
  • Experience in secondary research
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Consistent track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns
  • Post Grad mandatory
