Telecaller - Explaining the products and services offered by the company.- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.- Maintaining daily call & appointment tracking sheet provided.- EOD report to be submitted in given format.- Resolving concerns and queries. - Suggesting solutions based on the customer's requirements. - Maintaining the database of the customers. - Attend customer enquiry and pass on to the concerned department. Requirements : - Minimum 1 years experience as a Telecaller or Telemarketer.- Fluency in English and Hindi is must. - Excellent oral and written communication.- Ability to communicate in other languages is preferred.- Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
