We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to handle candidate calling and data entry activities. The role involves making outbound calls, collecting required information, and creating or updating profiles in the company database.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to candidates to collect their details and confirm interest in job openings.
Create and update candidate profiles accurately in the internal database or portal.
Maintain and organize candidate records and documentation.
Ensure all data is entered correctly, completely, and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge and experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a large volume of data.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in telecalling, data entry, or recruitment support (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
