Recruitment Specialist We are looking for Talented Individuals who can perform end to end recruitment consulting. Understanding client needs and offering solutions & support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests proposals. Shortlist candidates based on Clients' Requirement. Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting profiles from Job portals, networking sites, referencing networking, and job hunting. Good understanding of keywords and apply the same while searching resumes. Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders (Managers, HR Managers, Team Members, candidates, etc.) Work with Hiring Managers timely to ensure the timelines of sourcing are met Conduct First level screening/interviews and share the right candidates with the clients. Scheduling job interviews and assisting candidates in the interview process. Acting as a liaison between our company and the client for candidate follow ups and timely communication updates as and when needed to close the position.
