Monday to Saturday-Work from Office Job description Responsibilities: Direct all hiring and giving induction program for new employees Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current Monitor employee progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management Facilitating new employees joining formalities Reviewing updating job descriptions for all positions regularly Supervising the Front Office Management Payroll management Performance Management and Appraisal of employees Monitoring the office equipment, interiors and cleanliness of the office Event Management Strictly following the time management Requirements: Requirements: Knowledge and experience in organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations. Should have very good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively to do multi-task in work Residing nearby to Wilson Garden are preferable. . Qualification and Required Skills: Experience of 3 - 6 years Excellent Mathematical Skills, Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills Attention to Detail, Organization Skills Superior Computer and Typing Skills Good Verbal Communication with Employees Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?10,240.80 - ?50,000.00 per month Schedule:
