Job Purpose:

We seek an Industrial Sales Recruiter with expertise utilizing LinkedIn hiring tools to source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for leadership and HOD positions within the coal industry. The primary focus will be using LinkedIn as the primary platform for recruitment.

Job Duties:

  • Utilize LinkedIn hiring tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment.
  • Conduct executive searches for candidates experienced in placing sales professionals within the coal industry.
  • Optimize search with keywords and Boolean words in LinkedIn.
  • Prioritize candidates with spotlights and narrow down results using advanced LinkedIn features.
  • Surface hidden talent with recommended matches on LinkedIn.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for leadership and HOD positions.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems for efficient recruitment.
  • Build and maintain a network of industrial sales professionals.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Evaluate candidates not only for their skills but also for their alignment with
  • the organization\'s culture and values.
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates and build relationships to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate research to assess their skills, experience, and fit for open positions
Required Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Experience:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership or HOD recruitment role
Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn hiring tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with online job portals for job searches
  • Knowledge of Boolean Search
