Job Posting & Sourcing -
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website) and proactively source candidates through networking, headhunting, and referrals.
Screening & Shortlisting -
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination -
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
Candidate Assessment -
Conduct interviews, tests, or assessments to evaluate technical skills, communication, and suitability for the role.
Database Management -
Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS or recruitment tools) for current and future hiring needs.
Employer Branding -
Promote the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
Offer Negotiation -
Discuss compensation packages, benefits, and employment terms with selected candidates.
Onboarding Support -
Assist in pre-joining formalities and ensure a smooth handover to HR for onboarding.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting -
Track hiring progress, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and prepare recruitment reports.
Compliance -
Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standard
