Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment & staffing industry.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction and follow-ups.
Understand client hiring needs, manpower planning, and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
Pitch recruitment services (IT / Non-IT / Industry-specific) to prospective clients.
Negotiate business terms, agreements, and pricing with clients.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
Maintain a sales pipeline, track client activity, and report progress to management.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to build business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term business associations.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment & staffing industry processes.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Networking and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online business platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
