Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans in alignment with the organization\'s goals and workforce planning needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets its targets and maintains high standards of performance.
• Talent Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative means.
• Candidate Screening: Review and evaluate candidate applications and resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assessment and Selection: Assist in designing and implementing assessment tools and techniques to identify the best-fit candidates for each position.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status and providing feedback when necessary.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization\'s employer brand, ensuring that it attracts top talent.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
• Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners as needed.
