IT Recruitment Team Lead - India The Recruitment Leader will be an individual with excellent talent spotting and organizational skills. S/he will be responsible for both overseeing the Recruitment and Sourcing team in India for clients in the US and other geographies as well as doing the Recruitment role: consulting with hiring managers/area to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency based interviewing and monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market. Must be comfortable working in EDT and PDT shifts. Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders. Strong understanding of technical requirements. Familiarity and comfort with recruitment tools and platforms. This position will have responsibility for helping IntelliPro Group successfully grow its world class team. This senior role goes beyond a traditional function to act independently in a fast-paced environment, operate proactively and show a passion and appreciation for the vision of the company. Responsibilities: The role includes the following:

  • Doing daily standups with the Recruitment team, and relay report to the executive team
  • Foster and motivate team to outperform their KPI and Targets
  • Assist with hiring and interview for the internal IPG team
  • Recruiting candidates globally.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for internal needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Drive detailed discussions with hiring managers to understand the specifics of all the requirements and ensure that is clearly communicated to the team.
  • Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Keep hiring managers posted and in the loop to ensure a high quality client experience.
  • Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Keep detailed records of past applicants\xe2\x80\x99 information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations with in our internal ATS "APN"
  • Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
  • Drive the offer process -- including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • Handhold the candidate until they actually join and check in with the hiring manager to gauge progress.
  • Ensure personal expertise and training the team on the recruitment platforms \xe2\x80\x93 internal or third party \xe2\x80\x93 that Intellipro uses to ensure the best search pool and quickest TAT
  • Monitor internal and client SLAs proactively to ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flows and pipelines to meet overall recruiting goals
  • Ensure a continuous learning process for the team to keep lifting their capability and the results they can deliver.
Requirements:
  • 2+ year in leading a team of Recruiters and Sourcers
  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience | experience working in a staffing agency highly preferred
  • Experience in recruiting for North America (candidates in N.A) | Global recruitment experience is Nice-to-Have
  • Exceptional ability to stay organized, communicate, interview, and a passion for finding exceptional candidates
  • Recruiting experience across multiple departments
  • Fluent in English / Bilingual is a Nice-to-Have
  • IT / TECH / ENGINEER experience
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,200,000.00 - 91,300,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Night shift
  • US shift
