Selections HR Services hiring for Recruitment Executive & Sr. Recruitment Executive. Fresher\'s ( Graduate Mandatory) Experience :0 to 2 years\' Salary As per market standards. Incentive : Lucrative Working Days - Monday to Saturday (10:00 am - 7:00 pm) Work Model - Work from Office Company\'s LinkedIn Profile - https://www.linkedin.com/company/selections/ Company Website - http://selectionssourcing.com/ Role & Responsibility:- 1) Understanding the Business Requirements 2)Responsible for handling Bulk requirements for our clients. 3)Enlist postings in relevant resume sources, collect & analyse resumes, make a first call, and shortlist candidates . 4)Coordinate subsequent interviews and assessments, and advance them to the next levels 5)Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. 6)Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. 7)Candidate should be target oriented .
