Role & responsibilities Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers Attract talent through various channels like social media, professional networks and job boards Perform preliminary screening of resumes and process relevant talent only Coordinate in selection process by scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Administer and maintain Applicant racking System and update status for all candidates Perform all data entry, maintain accuracy in it, escalate issues to management if required, design all searches, and maintain efficient information technology for all hiring requirements.
