Company Description We are a HR recruitment consultancy providing recruitment service to real estate clients. Budget: 15-16k per month Real estate industry recruitment experience required. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions and posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offer packages. The Recruitment Specialist will also collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and provide support in achieving their goals. Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and staffing, with a strong understanding of HR talent acquisition best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR or a related field
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools is a plus
- Certification in HR or staffing is a plus
