ey Responsibilities:



Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Understand the job requirements and create clear, attractive job descriptions and postings. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' fitment based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively. Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in both technical and non-technical hiring. Understanding of current market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
