Job description Job Summary: WORKING TIME (UK TIMING ) INDIAN TIME 1PM TO 9.30PM Please apply if this timing is ok HR/Recruitment Consultant to assist our UK office in finding the best candidates for our clients across the UK & Ireland. You\xe2\x80\x99ll attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions. Main Job Duties & Responsibilities: -

  • Advertising vacancies by preparing job descriptions and placing adverts in a range of media\xe2\x80\x99s, including job portals and social media.
  • Making cold calls from the data base Attract candidates and build relationship with candidates.
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates by calls and emails, who may already be in work.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Review resumes, applications, and interview notes to determine candidate eligibility for positions
  • Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates worldwide via a variety of direct sourcing methods including advertising, LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting.
  • Using candidate\xe2\x80\x99s database to match the right candidates to the client vacancy.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, calling candidates, check candidate\xe2\x80\x99s availability, managing interviews and tests and creating shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applications before submitting their details to the client.
  • Collecting candidates supporting documents. Eg: Passport copy must be valid for next 12 months, educational qualification certificates (degree, diploma, IELTS, NMC, CBT etc.), experience letters from present and previous employers on the company letter headed paper, 10 Years Police clearance for the Healthcare Workers, Medical certificate for the visa application etc.
  • Briefing the candidate about the job location, employer details, job responsibilities, salary, accommodation facilities, and other benefits of the job.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants. (CV must be in MS word format with digital passport size photograph on the top, also must include employers name, website, job designation, job starting date and finishing date, job responsibilities and 2 work references from present employer and previous employer.
  • Organising Zoom interviews for candidates as requested by the client. Give a mock interview training for the candidates and prepare them before the client interview.
  • Offering advice to candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression Ensuring Targets and KPI\'s are met at all times.
  • Assist the candidates for the visa application form, travel arrangements and accommodation arrangements
  • Post arrival assistance for the candidates.
  • Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
