Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open. Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates and create post job descriptions and announcements. Maintain a good relationship with clients and provide one of best candidate as per their requirements. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms. Manage onboarding and new hire process. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations Required skills and qualifications One or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills Good Knowledge of Microsoft Familiarity with job boards and computer systems. Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) Time Management skills Experience in developing recruitment strategy Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
