Job Description

Broad Responsibilities

  • Resourcing business development with companies in India and abroad.
  • Identifying resource requirements in companies, in India and abroad, developing business
relationship and ensuring the smooth delivery of the requirements to these companies.
  • Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed
deadlines.
  • Managing and developing recruitment processes, ensuring that all recruitment activity is in
line with the recruitment policy; coaching and advising managers in the implementation of
robust recruitment and selection processes.
  • Keeping abreast of recruitment legislation and case law, ensuring that Elogix's recruitment
activity meets statutory requirements and adheres to best practices.
  • Evaluating and reporting progress against resourcing activity to demonstrate effectiveness
and value.
  • Appointing and working with 3rd party providers for the management of recruitment
campaigns and the supply of interim and, where necessary, permanent appointments.
  • Overseeing the use of internal and external job & candidate advertisement sites to
ensure information provided is accurate and complies with site regulations/protocols.
  • Working with the HR Business Partners and client recruiting managers to implement induction
processes for new starters.
  • Supporting senior stakeholders with their recruitment requirements; attending interviews as
required and advising panels as appropriate.
  • Ensuring Elogix's internal and external audit requirements in relation to recruitment processes
are satisfied.
b. Prerequisites
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience of managing recruitment to include drafting advertisement, shortlisting,
competency-based interviewing, and candidate management.
  • Previous experience of working with 3rd party suppliers for the delivery of short- term
temporary workers.
c. Knowledge / Skill Required
  • Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting managers
  • Ability to advise on a wide range of recruitment methods
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all
levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice in relation
to resourcing and recruitment.d. Role Specification
