Responsible to close the given positions (mostly non IT) for various corporate clients, independently.
Source profiles, validate, schedule interviews, follow-up the candidates till they joining the clients\' company.
Responsible to source the profiles through job portals ie naukri, indeed, linkedin etc.
Do candidates\' profile validation, interview, shortlist suitable candidates, submit profiles and schedule interviews for the client.
Co-ordinate and follow-up with the clients for mandates, seeking various details ie JD/CTC/etc, scheduling interviews, offers, joining, CTC details, etc
Follow-up with the candidates for profiles, scheduling interviews and joining.
Should have an exceptionally good communication skill in English. Knowledge in Hindi preferable.
Should be good in Ms office, excel, business communication and sourcing profiles as per JD.
Freshers, experienced, house wife with break in service and would like to restart their career can also apply.
