JD \xe2\x80\x93 Recruitment Consultant- Connectors HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying Talent through various sources such as Naukri, Shine, Monster, Times jobs, Internal Database, employee referrals and Networking (WhatsApp, Telegram etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Job Posting, Mass mailing, Creating projects in Linked In \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating the walk-in/Scheduled Recruitment Drives. Scheduling the candidates for technical interview by sending invites through Skype/Teams or coordinate in F2F drives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Following up with manager/client POC panels for resource feedbacks ( L1/L2 feedbacks) \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards (Naukri.com, Shine.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Monster, Times Jobs, Hirist, WhatsApp etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Questionnaire for initial validation to screen irrelevant profiles and reduce TAT to close. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prescreen relevant candidates through Phone calls w.r.t to Total /Relevant Exp./ CTC/ Location, Check suspect list, No Poach, Get rehire status, PMD ratings, Rehire approvals ( for Rehire cases) etc.. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in Sourcathon, Diversity hiring. Connect with Hackathon selected candidates for Net open positions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain regular contact with possible future candidate (Passive candidates) \xe2\x80\xa2 Highlighting to Management in case of High rejection/ any challenges faced to close the demands, BU Expectation setting by sharing MI/Market intelligence data & Online screening. \xe2\x80\xa2 Funnel clearing in Success factor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep updated Daily report/tracker real time basis.Skills
