JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Recruitment Consultant your roles and responsibilities will be as below: Generation of candidates from daily searches on IQX across all Division\'s Using Sourced/ Active not working calling active candidates without availability and adding new availability to system call through saved searches -Sourced, generating leads for all teams from candidates not currently working for agency across all divisions Qualifying and screening of candidates to identify their experience and right to work Thorough notes to be made on system after all calls Add appropriate alerts to system into candidates profiles Pass leads onto TLS\'s and track progress 150+calls per day 5 conversions per week Booking Nurses, HCA\'s, and all healthcare staff according to client requirement, Making and receiving incoming calls from our Health clients and candidates Placing candidates into new shifts and replacement shifts amp; communicating effectively with clients and candidates. Bookings shifts, managing cancellations amp; escalations/DNAs, taking requests from Hospitals amp; Clients over the phone amp; Email, co-ordinate with Nurses for Shifts Bookings) Chasing and taking Accountability for candidate availability, Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs. Develop and implement strategies based on clients\' needs. Source and pre-screen candidates from Job Boards Emailing and calling Clients to follow-up for outstanding requirements Key Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment for Nurses Strong desire to self-learn. Willing to work on tight deadlines. Good Booking Knowledge (UK Nursing) Good Sourcing Knowledge (UK Nursing) Schedule UK hours (11:00 to 20:00) Ahmedabad (On-site)
