Must be a Self-Starter with experience in staffing services, and proven ability to work as independent contributor The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of Sales within named Global account Manage targets and accountability on Gross Profit, Revenue, contract resource headcount (new onboards) Comfortable with performing Outbound and Inbound calls and delivering professional, formal presentations. Meet and Exceed Annual/Quarterly sales targets with a clear focus on metrics and numbers Collaborate and partner with Delivery Manager, Recruitment, Operations teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently Flexible in travelling for customer visit within India, specifically Gurgaon, Bangalore and Chennai (travel up to 2 nights x 3 weeks p/mo. is required) Build pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to Global Account Director providing: Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast, Trends, Conversion Rates, Win/Loss Build and manage relationship with client leaders, resources, partner ecosystem for lead generation Attend events, industry meets and engage in business development communities Experience Required - clear vision and experience in the IT Staffing services industry Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills Strong Communication skills (Verbal & Written) with a passion for account building ability to meet tight deadlines. 7+ years of sales experience in the IT Staff Augmentation/Consulting industry with blend of direct client experience and Tier 1 IT vendor customers (like IBM, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant etc.) o Build a successful go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan o Specific experience in IT Staffing industry business development role involving managing a large global account o Track record of communicating, presenting and influencing all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level o Previous direct sales/business development background (client facing sales) Experiences managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals o Ability to develop appropriate project scope, pricing, and timing during the business development process according to the client\'s needs and the delivery team\'s capabilities o Successful track record of engaging resource teams to generate leads and design campaigns o Creative and Impactful methods for collaborating with the Account Management/Recruitment team to identify and fulfill client staffing needs o Past success with performing Outbound and Inbound calls and delivering professional, formal presentations. Advanced understanding of the Indian market o Ability to articulate the flow of the business requirement in the market and present proposals to the customer for new business opportunities under IT Contract Staffing Models o Discuss creative go to market industry strategies and concepts for investment and creative closing differentiators Excellent English Communication skills written and oral Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must
