The Recruitment & Retention Specialist will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role combines talent acquisition strategies with employee engagement and retention initiatives to ensure workforce stability, reduce turnover, and support a positive workplace culture.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
Ensure timely closure of open positions with the right quality of hire.
Employee Retention & Engagement
Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize employee turnover.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions, surveys, and exit interviews.
Identify key drivers of employee satisfaction and implement action plans.
Work with HR and management to design recognition, reward, and career development programs.
Support onboarding and induction processes to enhance new hire integration.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Track retention trends and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Recommend policies or practices to improve hiring quality and employee retention.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement/retention.
Strong knowledge of hiring platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
