The Job: At Convoso, we\'re constantly, vigilantly looking for ways to reshape the future of lead generation contact centers. Our mission is to revolutionize the call center industry by empowering agents to convert leads faster. That\'s where you come in. We are looking for \xe2\x80\xa6 a Recruiting Manager with years of experience and strong leadership skills to be able to grow the India team independently and help manage the local team and provide effective guidance to lead a high performing team. What You\'ll Be Doing:
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting processes from internal approval processes, to candidate management, to interview process, feedback and on-boarding of new hires by ensuring best interview and candidate experience.
  • Partner with senior business leadership, and their team of hiring managers / interviewers, HR team, to define and deliver hiring commitments for all businesses.
  • Communicate progress to hiring managers and recruiting colleagues on the status of candidates and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and anticipating roadblocks and finding solutions.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references.
  • Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand via social media, events, etc.
  • Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members\' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Who You Are:
  • 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency setting
  • At least 2-3 years of managerial experience for a team of 2+
  • Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience
  • A true passion for SaaS & Tech start ups
  • Technical recruiting experience
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and HR databases
  • Good team-management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
