Job Description


  • Contributing mightily to the accomplishment of the mission/vision and cultural performance standard of Phillips Corporation, and establishing our code of conduct as the basic value system of the company.
  • Always being accomplishment oriented as evidenced by my masterful utilization of MYCDT! to assure that I am always on the path of learning and improvement; And being a role model user of MYCDT!, thereby causing myself and all partners I work with to accomplish what we never believed to be possible;
  • Unconditionally certifying that every new hire is better than the last and that all are irrevocably on the path to virtuosity.
  • Owning the recruiting and hiring process: taking personal responsibility for the quality of every process step (from concept through advertising, recruiting, interviewing, etc., through success on the job), leading the CE! Team and other stakeholders as recruiting and hiring project manager, being a masterful communicator, clarifying and enforcing the highest standards for myself and others;
  • Having an active funnel file filled to the brim - at all times there are outstanding candidates and quick connections to outstanding candidates for every role in Phillips Corporation around the world.
  • Creating plans that ensure the success of multiple simultaneous projects dedicated to high speed and the highest quality results;
  • Being responsible to effectively use the Application Tracking System (ATS) for making the recruitment process more user friendly, systematic and smooth. Also being 100% responsible to ensure that my project teams meet all deadlines as promised;
  • Making it necessary for each leader with a role to fill to be an enthusiastic participant in the recruiting/hiring process from filling up the hiring requisition form on Application Tracking System (ATS) till giving the feedback for the new hire.
  • Developing the Induction programmes for the new recruits & preparing the online Orientation Dashboard for the new hires at other locations enabling them to understand the company and its culture more in detail.
  • Developing, revising and updating the Technical Assessments of all the technical positions for the candidates in coordination with the hiring managers so as to hire the technically sound candidates.
  • Having at least one person ready, willing, and able to take over my job at any
  • time and perform it better than I do and being irrevocably in the learning mode (always above the 45 degrees slope), and expecting the same of anyone with whom I come into contact;
  • Building a high quality relationship with candidates, recruiters, team leaders, professional organizations, and all partners throughout Phillips Corporation - service, partnership, information sharing, and mutual accountability.
  • Maintaining understanding of current and emerging industry trends and their impact on candidate suitability and continuously providing input which substantially improves our ability to create a clear competitive advantage and an irresistible ROI.
  • Becoming expert in the differences in national cultures to the extent that these differences become points of leverage for communication, cooperation, and marketing rather than being experienced as obstacles.
  • Keeping Phillips Corporation's unending end for purpose driven people are who are irrevocably in the path to virtuosity - in the front of my mind - always on the look out and eager to facilitate making the connection with them so that they become Phillips partner.
