The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various job positions. The Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying hiring needs, and guiding clients through the recruitment process. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Working knowledge of various recruitment tools, technologies, and techniques
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in startup or purpose-driven organization recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Strong commitment to integrity and ethical practices in all aspects of work
• Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) is preferred
