Role Description We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team at Recruiting Genie. As a recruiting member in our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to improve interview-to-selection ratio. You will also be responsible for preparing job descriptions and identifying/sourcing potential candidates, developing relationships with candidates & hiring managers, and providing reference check support. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of recruiting life-cycle and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• Previous experience in recruiting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 917,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
