**Position: HR Recruiter** **Overview:** An HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates to fill job openings. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand client\'s staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Job Requirement Analysis:** Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements, skill sets, and qualifications necessary for various positions. 2. **Sourcing Candidates:** Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a pool of qualified candidates. 3. **Candidate Screening and Assessment:** Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 4. **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or interview panels. 5. **Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support:** Present offers to candidates, negotiate terms as necessary, and assist in the onboarding process. 6. **Candidate Relationship Management:** Maintain communication with candidates, keeping them informed about the hiring process, and providing feedback and guidance as needed. 7. **Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:** Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline, and provide regular reports. 8. **Compliance and Documentation:** Ensure compliance with hiring laws, regulations, and company policies, and maintain accurate and organized recruitment records. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Proven experience in recruitment in a recruiting agency. - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers. - Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing candidate pipelines and documentation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Understanding of employment laws and regulations. **Education:** - A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
