The Company Agrim HFC is an Digital Lending Housing Finance Company (HFC) that caters to the informal and semi-formal self-employed businesses using a mix of technology and human touch. Agrim HFC is growing a multiplier every year and has established its foothold in four states i.e. Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. With ambitions to reach out to potential homebuyer in our segment, we are expanding nationally to reiterate our commitment to the customer segment we serve, and help them locate properties in their budget, and finance those home.. Job Details: The Senior Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing prospective candidates and assessing their right fitment to address the manpower requirement for the Company. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with Head HR to identify manpower requirement across all the locations PAN India.
  • Determining selection criteria and closing position as per specified TAT
  • Posting and Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Linked in, Naukri.com, Indeed, Recruitment Vendor etc.)
  • Empanelling Recruitment vendors in co0orination with Head HR
  • Screening candidates and conducting assessments and in-person interviews
  • Lining up with the candidates after co-ordinating the interview panel members
  • Co-ordinating robustly with recruitment consultant and informing them the status of their placed candidate\xe2\x80\x99s interview.
  • Co-ordinating with the candidate post selection for documents submission and pre-offer roll out
  • Follow up with the candidate for joining status till the offered candidate join with the company.
Experience & Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word & MIS
  • People friendly having good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Can work under monthly target for closing positions
