Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system.
Handle offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
