HyreFox provides professional recruiting firms access to a large number of top level mandates and guarantees efficient collaboration with the headhunter channel through a single Web-based application. Ultimately, recruiting firms significantly reduce acquisition costs and can increase revenues by easily finding new opportunities for their network of top-candidates. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, and making job offers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for establishing relationships with recruiting firms and working collaboratively to fill open positions. This position is located in Jaipur. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with recruiting firms and establish relationships Experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
