Job Description
: We are hiring for Recruitment specialist , having a proven experience in the recruitment process. Screening and shortlisting candidate , conducting telephonic interviews , taking walk-in interviews , documentation process should be the primary task as an HR Recruiter. The HR must be well aware of the HR policies and Practices. As a recruitment specialist you must have an experience in bulk hiring. Roles and responsibilities
- Must be knowledgeable with the HR policies and practices.
- Must be able to update job descriptions from time to time.
- Update the job portals such as indeed, linked in, Naukri.com, hirect, job hai with the current opening position in the company.
- Should be able to screen and select the resumes received and shortlist them as per the requirement of the company.
- Should be able to schedule them for interview and conduct the recruitment process smoothly.
- Must be proficient in google sheets.
- Should have a good command over English.
- Must be able to handle a small team of HR interns.
- Must be an empath and should have the interpersonal skills.
