Job Specification : 7 - 9 years of Exp. Experience in sourcing technical positions of lower/middle management, Experience on positions of Sales & Service Engineer, Channel sales related to Power / Thermal Industry. Networking in industry, knowledge about market / competitors , Capability & experience to handle portals, working experience of TA software, Good Communication, Good in Excel, Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Experience of working in an MNC is preferred. Responsibilitie s: Able to source candidates through multiple sources like Headhunting, Executive search, LinkedIn, Referrals, Social Media, etc. & not dependent on recruitment consultants. Weekly Reporting on the open positions Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Assess candidate information, including resumes, reference checks, contact details and documents check. Vendor management Coordinate with Comp & Benefits team to issue Salary Fitment for new Hires Handle Recruitment for all functions. Coordinate with hiring managers, VPs, business heads to identify hiring needs, ensure requisitions are obtained on time & sent for approvals as per the process. Must have worked on manual processes & digitized processes with willingness to handle base load. Should be well connected in the industry & should have competitors\' knowledge Coordinate with Business Heads and selection process. Must be very good at candidate management to ensure minimum backouts
