Description :SUMMARYIn this role, You will grow and develop a high-performance work culture for the business in Hyderabad. This TA Partner is responsible for Hiring, top talent attraction improve the capabilities of the business and the individuals with a true partnership with the vertical heads in working toward the internal requirements and contribute to the success of business.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Human Resource.
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Establish strong relationships, building trust, open and confidential communication, collaboration, and insight with prospective applicants.
• Develop hiring metrics to improve and build the recruitment strategy and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Develop a pipeline of qualified applicants that can be immediately deployed basis on recruitment needs.
• Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, skill set, availability, interest level, and compensation
• Provide recruiting status updates to Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads on sourcing plans/recruiting challenges/issues\xe2\x80\xa6etc
• Prior experience in Campus Recruitment / Bulk Recruitment / Engineering Hiring.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications from Junior to Senior Level.
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting to Management
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Social Networking Sites/ colleges etc
