The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector, and possess excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. As a Preschool Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting qualified teachers and administrative staff for our existing and new branches.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to determine staffing needs for new branches.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant tracking and recruitment activities.
• Provide support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
