Call candidates and Qualify / screen / interview them for required positions
Coordinate schedule for interviews

Build rapport with jobseekers Experience Requirements: 6 - 8 years of Non IT / IT / Technical Recruiting Experience Excellent organizational skills. High Volume recruiting experience with high weekly \xe2\x80\x9cquality\xe2\x80\x9d submittals. Remote worker experience Can write excellent summaries for candidates Good understanding of various Non IT / Technology skills Good Networker who always asks for referrals Exceptional skills on the phone Good MS-Office web skills a must Excellent communication skills. Ability to talk effectively and write business communication in a clear concise manner. Indeed, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Jobdiva, Outlook experience preferred.
