• Screen resumes and job applications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment events
• Maintain recruitment database and documentation
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations
• Analyze job requirements: Understand the needs of the position
• Develop recruitment plans: Use online channels, such as social media, job boards, and professional networking sites, to attract candidates
• Screen applications: Use resume and application forms to identify potential candidates
