Therole involves end to end recruitment including direct sourcing, initialscreening and qualifying candidates according to job specifications. Responsibilities . Working on closing Pharmacist roles across US. . Req creation, Sourcing, Screening & Schedulinginterviews with the hiring managers . Regularreporting of the positions supported . Jobcreation & qualification calls with hiring managers . Reporting on the Recruitmentactivities to various stake holders . Identifypotential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, user groups, socialnetworking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS . UpdatingATS on real-time basis
