Job Summary:
The Recruiter cum Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment as well as day-to-day operational coordination. The role requires managing manpower requirements, ensuring smooth deployment, maintaining records, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment for security guards, supervisors, housekeeping, and other support staff.
Sourcing candidates through referrals, job portals, walk-ins, and local recruitment drives.
Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Collecting and verifying documents (ID proof, address proof, education, police verification, medical, etc.).
Maintaining recruitment trackers and manpower database.
Coordinating joining formalities and induction.
Operations Responsibilities:
Coordination for manpower deployment at client sites.
Managing attendance, shift allocation, relievers, and replacements.
Handling day-to-day operational issues at sites.
Coordinating with site supervisors and clients for smooth operations.
Ensuring compliance with company SOPs and discipline standards.
Supporting payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, and absenteeism.
Maintaining records related to operations, deployment, and compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of labor laws, ESIC, PF (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
