Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Recruiter in Chennai, India.

An experienced recruiter who can deliver recruiting expertise and seamless candidate experience while supporting business units in acquiring talent.

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform higher level duties in relation to end to end recruitment and selection process - including internal and external job advertisements, candidate engagement and management, candidate assessment and closure including feedback and offer process.
• Responsible for continuously reviewing source efficiency, recommending new sources and creating sourcing strategy
• Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc)
• Ensure consistent corporate image and Employer Brand throughout recruiting campaigns.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree
• Overall, 6 to 8 years of experience, preferably Manufacturing Experience.
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Managing stakeholders' expectation and holding conversations with senior leadership teams.
