Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Ensure quick turnaround hiring for operational roles (ODC, service staff, kitchen, bar, front office, management).
Verify candidate documents, references, and background details.
Maintain manpower planning, vacancy reports, and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for seasonal and urgent requirements.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
Support HR team with employee records, attendance follow-ups, and basic HR coordination.
