Experience in recruiting & staffing process sourcing a candidate from various sources - active & passive, initial resume review based on requirements, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, and closing feedback loops
Should be well equipped with Negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver on timelines.
Flexible to switch on working with regular and critical demands.
Strong in Technical Validation.
Good to have experience in Client and Team handling.
Well versed in using MS Office in preparing dashboards and MIS Reports.
Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with good listening abilities.
